Why people try to tell you what to post on your social media pages

This world gets crazier by the day. I have received so many messages on various social media sites from people “warning” me or whatever — about what to say, not to say, what to post, not to post. I received this message from someone on Quora today.

People spend too much time throwing other people under the bus. I would have never known about this 2013 prostitution charge if this lady didn’t tell me. I swear people must have no lives and nothing to do. Why do people feel the need to tell you what somebody else did? I don’t care who…
