A lot of people are opposed to working. Someone asked, “why does there need to be a functioning society?”

Has it ever occurred to people there doesn’t have to be a “functioning” society? Why do people care about whether the world functions or not or continue?

I’m part of a world I didn’t ask to be in. Forced into existence without my consent. Do I enjoy it? No. Do others enjoy their forced existence? Some have convinced themselves that they do.

A functioning society only benefits the elite. The majority of people are slaves that make the world function. However, as we see with the coronavirus pandemic, a lot of businesses are not “essential” and don’t need to exist. They have nothing to do with essential needs to sustain life. Most of the businesses people want to open back up are for recreation and entertainment purposes. Businesses have closed. Because they were not needed nor solved a problem in the first place. People open businesses and do things just to do them. If your business failed and closed during the pandemic, it was going to happen anyway.

I saw where a restaurant closed called Blaxican. It was a soul food and Mexican food restaurant. That food looked so nasty. The logo was cheesy looking. It looked like somebody just decided to open a business one without putting any thought into it. I didn’t think the name was good either. People need to understand to survive a pandemic, you need to have a real business.
