Why do people think the answer to their race problems is inclusion? Black people need to build their own systems instead of waiting and begging to be included in other groups systems. Black people have zero business industries. And its not the white people fault.
Integration on Western European terms has not and will not working for us.
We don’t need to worry about white supremacy in tech. That’s the wrong battle. All they gone do is hire a small % of black folk in their companies.
Black people continue to go about change wrong that’s why after all these years they still fighting. I’m black, but I don’t participate in lost causes that is why I say they.
I’m tired of black people complaining about white people won’t hire them or it’s not enough diversity. So what?? Create your own economy, jobs, and systems. Work with your own people!!!

How many 100% blacked owned companies can a black person apply to with their college degree in America? Zero. And this is your problem. See black people want to blame white people for their unemployment problems. Black people don’t even create jobs for their own people. We gotta beg to be included. And after all these years they still don’t get. Refuse to leave their communities unattended. Why? Money.
Everybody after that all mighty dollar and not truly committed on improving the black community. Me. Me. Me. I need more. I need this high tech job at the white company. Black people are too focused on self but want equality, but refuse to lift a finger to improve the black community and create jobs.
