Why Cant You Discuss The Contents of The Bar Exam?!

--

Well you can if you want to. What’s going to happen?

But what’s the reason why the National Conference of Bar Examiners don’t want people to discuss the contents?

It ain’t integrity.

Every test is different every year, right?

I can’t follow stupid rules.

The bar associations and NCBE make so many stupid rules designed to keep black people from becoming lawyers.

They don’t want you to discuss the exam because they don’t want you identify patterns or what they test the most.

I bet some people get different test than other people.

They don’t even release the damn bar exam test for students to review. This is a lack of transparency.

Shouldn’t the public be able to see the exam? Since the goal of the bar examiners is to protect consumers with the bar exam. How do consumers know they are being protected? Who determines if consumers are protected the NCBE or the “protected” consumers??
