This all white company hired two black people

This real estate company, Grubb Ventures in Raleigh, NC hired two black people in their headquarters. You’ll never see a white owned company with predominantly black people working or half the workforce black, not even a quarter. They hire 1–2 black people as a token or symbol of diversity. This is sad and nothing new. After they hire all the white people they let a nigga in or two.

That’s why I stopped wearing Nike because they don’t hire black people in their headquarters, but it’s plenty of black people on the low wage retail jobs.

Companies don’t hire too many niggas where it matters in high salary positions. But they hire all the niggas in low wage fast food and retail jobs so you can continue to struggle and give your lil money right back to them cause blacks people don’t shop with they own.

Go browse some of your favorite brands websites for the headquarters. You won’t find diversity. You will see an all white workforce with 1–2 black people if any. Sometimes you will see an Indian and 1 Chinese person and no black people. Diversity complete. If there were no laws set up outlawing racism and discrimination, trust me a lot of niggas and other groups would not have certain jobs. The US Government even covers the tab. They pay companies to hire certain ethnic groups. Never think you got a job off merits.
