Kevin Kelley a lawyer and owner of a black owned family friendly restaurant in Dallas, TX called True Kitchen And Kocktails does not want women to Twerk in his restaurant. There was an incident in his restaurant where some women started dancing on tables and chairs in the restaurant when the DJ played a rap Twerk song. According to some, he was slut shaming these women.

Black women and men want to bring their animalistic ways with them wherever they go. At the same time — black restaurant owners want to play Twerk inspired music and expect black women and men not to Twerk and shake their behinds.
