I can’t live in nobody dirty house

You want to rent out a room in your house, make it nice, make it comfortable. Some people will live anywhere and don’t care. Me? I want to live somewhere nice. I wish I could rent a room somewhere, but I would want a nice room in a nice house. I don’t want to be locked down to a lease. I rather have the freedom to get up and go. But I’ll lease an apartment before I live in a dirty house renting a room. I think I’m going to have to succumb to renting an apartment. I know of two people who’ve offered rooms for rent. However, I had to decline because of the conditions of the house.
