Homeless people need to get CashApp

Why are homeless people still holding signs up for cash?

Who the hell has cash? I’m broke, but I would still like to give to the homeless on the side of the road when I can. I’m not sure why homeless people don’t have their CashApp or PayPal name on the sign they hold up on the side of the freeway. Maybe some don’t know about other forms of payment. However, actual physical cash is outdated. I’m sure people would give more if they could give electronically.
