Local Detroit Sunoco Gas Station

Wednesday December 21, 2022, a 19-year-old woman was robbed and shot in the neck in Detroit. She was driving home from work and needed to get gas. She saw a group of men, who would later rob and shoot her, standing outside. One of the men got in her car. He shot her in the neck then took her necklace. She is suffering emotionally as well as physically. Now she can’t move, eat, or drink water. Sobbing, she stated,

“Nobody cares about life anymore at this point. Nobody cares about each other.”

Take precautions to not become a victim. I am aware that “crime can happen anywhere,” but Detroit is the last place to stop for gas at 12:30 am in the morning, with a group of men standing outside. The men standing outside the gas station were looking for someone to rob.

Be smart. Don’t stop for no gas at midnight in Detroit and anywhere else. Get gas during the daytime. Fill up when you reach the halfway mark instead of waiting to when your gas tank is on E. You might not be able to make it to a gas station in a safer area when you are on E. Instead, you may run out of gas at midnight in Detroit in the middle of the ghetto — forcing you to stop for gas in Detroit in a bad neighborhood with robbers outside looking for a victim.

Women are more subsectiple to be victims of violent crimes. Ladies, get a gun and learn how to use it. Take gun lessons. There has been inflation and no adjustments to wages. People are struggling financially. Unfortunately, people are turning to crime to make ends meet. Take safety precautions to not end up a victim of a crime due to the economic disaster that is going on.
