Bad Customer Service in Low In Cities

Detroit, MI is one of them

My mother used to say,

“You get better service in the suburbs.”

That is the sad reality of black cities like my hometown, Detroit, Michigan. People have attitudes in stores.

Look at this video this lady posted on YouTube about this issue. The video is called, “Why Are Poor People Angry”. In the description she wrote, “Are you sick of going to businesses in the lower income areas and having terrible service.” In the video, she talks about a terrible experience she had at a store in a low income city.

Many black people in America have attitudes because they are poor living in poverty. I know firsthand what it is like to be poor. It is not a good feeling. You will not be at work happy, smiling, and providing excellent customer service. The bills are on your mind and you are stressing about money.
