WHO ELSE WANTS THE BAR EXAM TO BE ABOLISHED SO THAT YOU CAN START PRACTICING LAW IMMEDIATELY AFTER GRADUATING FROM LAW SCHOOL AND RECEIVING YOUR LAW DEGREE?

Law school graduates should be licensed to practice law upon graduating from law school. The bar exam should not be a requirement to determine competence to practice law in the United States. This requirement is a barrier to entry in the legal field as an attorney. The bar exam does not establish competence to be a good attorney. Consumers should decide for themselves whether someone is a good attorney not the National Conference of Bae Examiners (NCBE).
